The Enfield of Dreams  project will unfold over two years and will involve a set of "Creative Cluster" projects which will see Enfield's cultural partners, artists and young people co-creating a series of public projects in parks & green spaces; an artist-led creative learning programme in schools; and a skills & development programme for Enfield's Young Cultural Leaders. All of this will support young people's voices taking centre stage in the development of the new cultural strategy for Enfield as well as strengthen the borough's creative network. 

This ambitious project is led by public art and community engagement organisation, UP Projects, working in partnership with Enfield’s cultural and community organisations, artists, creatives, young people and schools. The project is supported by an Arts Council England Place Partnership grant and Local Motion.
