Enfield Wash Neighbourhood Board : Pride in Place Programme

Enfield Wash has been selected as one of the neighbourhoods to benefit from this national programme and can receive up to £20 million over ten years, with the programme focused on places of around 10,000 residents that are described as ‘doubly disadvantaged’ because they experience both high levels of deprivation and weaker social infrastructure.

Delivery of the programme will be led locally through the Neighbourhood Board and its independent Chair, working in partnership with the local MP Feryal Clark, Enfield Council and the wider community to co‑produce a long‑term plan for the area and ensure that decision‑making is genuinely community‑led.

For Enfield Wash, this provides an opportunity to support long‑term neighbourhood improvement through a community‑led approach, ensuring that residents have a meaningful role in shaping priorities for their area.
